New Patient

We believe proper treatment starts with accurate diagnosis. We start with listening to your health history. This is an opportunity for you to unburden and tell us your problems and pain. The history taking will enable us to organise the information by means of clinical reasoning so that we can better understand your present health and goals.

We take you through a series of diagnostic tests to find out the exact cause of your problem to create treatment plans to help you feel your best and be your best. We spend time to do through examination consisting of:
  • Postural Check
  • Manual Palpation Analysis
  • Ortho/Neuro tests
In the event that further imaging tests (e.g., x-rays/MRI) are required, we will assist you with referrals to radiology centres.

After the examination and tests, a follow up appointment to review the results will be scheduled, where we will discuss the nature of your specific problem, care options, and the delivery of the treatment. We use different types of chiropractic techniques and modalities according to your specific needs, as integrating different types of treatment techniques will help you to heal better and recover faster.

While our treatments are non-surgical and drug-free, we are not anti-medical. We believe in integrative healthcare where different healthcare professionals work together for the benefit of a patient’s health. It is favourable that we, at Better Healing Chiropractic, have built excellent relationships with the best healthcare providers in the community including physiotherapist, medical doctors, orthopaedics, massage therapist, TCM practitioner, tit tar, etc. Therefore, if we find that chiropractic care is not right for you, we will refer you to the proper place that can take care of you.
